With only five rows of Cabernet planted on the Clarence House site this small planting utilises an exceptional aspect to capture maximum heat and sunlight hours. Only two barrels were made, aged for 15 months in new and old French oak.
Expressive varietal notes of blackcurrant berry and leaf with hints of spice and earth. Medium bodied, complex and intense finishing fresh with ripe tannins.
Classically cool climate, an excellent candidate for the cellar and a great match for lamb.
