Fruit for this wine was picked at perfect ripeness in late April, 2022 then fermented in open vats, hand plunged twice daily before being matured in 50% new French oak barriques.
A vibrant Pinot Noir, medium colour and bursting in complexity. With delightful dark cherry and raspberry aromas and a hint of petrichor, it’s finely structured and intense palate offers precision and a balanced blend of raspberry, coconut and red cedar, finishing with a lingering hint of leatherwood honey. Very smooth.
