Fruit for this wine was picked in late April 2025 in full ripeness. Fruit was destemmed, crushed and pressed immediately upon being received at the winery. Fermented with cultured yeasts, it was then lees stirred to build texture and mouthfeel before being bottled.
It’s intensely aromatic on the nose, showing Granny Smith apple, grapefruit, rockmelon and kaffir lime aromas, followed by a splendidly flavoursome palate filled with juicy fruit intensity, backed by bright acidity, making it delectable and highly enjoyable.
