Our Sauvignon Blanc captures the morning sun on a pronounced north easterly slope. Crop levels are always comparatively low for this variety, leading to intensity and concentration of fruit. The wine is made simply and precisely, some initial skin contact, tank ferment, bottled young and fresh.
Gooseberry and passionfruit aromatics are complemented by more herbal, grassy notes. Acid driven, with a slight juiciness and long, cleansing finish.
Superb with shellfish. We recommend enjoying this Sauvignon Blanc in its youth.
