aromatic lift with relatively high fruit intensity. With aromas of crisp
apples and citrus balanced by biscuit notes, the palate is rich with
vibrant acidity and a persistent finish. Our Pirie NV is made
accordingly to the traditional method from handpicked Chardonnay
and Pinot Noir grapes grown in the unique terroirs of Tasmania.
This wine is drinking well now and will continue to improve over the next four years
