Our flagship wine is a cool climate pinot noir, crafted from premium estate grown fruit. Handpicked and matured in French oak barrels, our pinot noir benefits from the long growing season and cool nights which enable the grapes to ripen gradually, giving slow sugar and flavour development.
Bell & Gong Pinot Noir 2022
Fruit for this wine was picked at perfect ripeness in late April, 2022 then fermented in open vats, hand plunged twice daily before being matured in 50% new French oak barriques.
