Lost Farm Wines is a cool climate winemaking project of the Angove Family. After working vintage in Tasmania in 2008, fifth generation winemaker, Richard Angove returned to work in the family’s 136-year-old business with the idea firmly in the back of his mind to one day make wines from the cold climate of Tasmania as part of the family’s range.
In 2018 the opportunity arose to partner with a small group of exceptional grape growers in the Tamar Valley in the North of Tasmania and Lost Farm – Tasmania was born. The range comprises Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Sparkling wines.
Lost Farm Wines is about discovery and potential. Working with a small group of talented grape growers, exceptional vineyard sites and trying to realise the potential in the wines we make from them – Classic cool climate wines from Tasmania.
